What is it?
The Tri fit 8 week shred is our in person flagship program and has been running for more than 10 years. Designed for those of you struggling to get back into things, wanting to get started or trying to take their training to the next level, so if consistency structure and accountability are things you need help with then this is for you. If its food you struggle with we have got you, individual strategies backed by science backed coaching methods. The Tri fit 8 week shred includes:
- One or two weekly gym session in a group based environment
- Pick one or two sessions per week. 7am or 8am every Saturday 6am Wednesday and 6am Friday at Gym works in Euxton
- An 8 week program to complete with full accountability
- A face to face check in at the start and end of the 8 weeks
- Weekly check ins to keep you on track throughout
- The support of a team of award winning nutritionists and personal trainers
- Weekly gym challenges
- Being part of an amazing gym community
How much is it?
£120 for 1 session per week
£200 for 2 sessions per week for the full 8 week program.
